Bertera Nissan is seeking a highly motivated and customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their vehicle's needs, and recommending appropriate services and repairs. You will work closely with our skilled technicians to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and accurately. Additionally, you will communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and answering any questions they may have.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance, as well as a keen attention to detail. Prior experience in a service advisor role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. This position offers a competitive salary range of 60K to 95K, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional development.
