Bertera Nissan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Department Dispatcher & Sales Associate. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize service appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely completion of work orders
- Dispatch service technicians to customer vehicles, providing clear and concise instructions and ensuring proper completion of all service work
- Work closely with the service and sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling service and maintenance packages
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process
- Drive sales of service packages, accessories, and maintenance plans to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of service work, sales transactions, and customer interactions

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service department or sales role within the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software programs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000, based on sales performance.
