Job Description: Express Technician (Entry Level) $16.50 -$30.00

The Express Technician will be responsible for performing routine automotive maintenance tasks and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform basic automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, fluid checks, and brake inspections.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues or defects.
- Assist customers by providing accurate and helpful information regarding recommended maintenance and repair services.
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of all assigned tasks to meet customer expectations and service center goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment, to ensure a safe and professional environment.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members and service advisors to ensure excellent customer service and a positive overall customer experience.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently independently as well as in a team environment.
- Prior experience in an automotive service center is preferred but not required.

Compensation:
The starting wage for this position ranges from $16.50 to $25.00 per hour, depending on previous experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive pay scale and the opportunity for career advancement within our organization. Additional compensation and benefits may apply.
